Historically known as the Cooley Ranch, just 15 miles West of downtown Red Bluff, this ranch offers 4,160 acres of oak covered hills and open grass lands. Currently used as a winter cattle range running up to 275 spring pairs in the normal winter grazing season. These winter pastures near the Valley traditionally offer a mild climate and adequate rain fall for the cattle in the winter months. This would be a great addition to any summer ranch operation. The seasonal creeks, along with 25 watering holes ranging in size assure good stock water for the season.
